How to change your password

If you have forgotten your password or need / want to change it, you can do this at any time by following the steps below:

• Go to the KEYinfinity login page, www.keyinfinity.co.uk
• Click Forgot your password?

• Enter your Email Address and click Send verification code

• You will need to verify your email address by entering the code sent to the email address you entered and click Verify code

• Click Continue
• Enter a new password and click Continue. Password must be 8-16 characters, containing 3 out of 4 of the following: Lowercase characters, uppercase characters, digits (0-9), and one or more of the following symbols: @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / ` ~ " ( ) ; .
