Signing in to KEYinfinity

New User

When you have been setup on KEYinfinity for the first time, you will receive a Welcome email with a one time password.

• Click on Go to KEYinfinity 
• Save this website to your favourites by clicking on the star in the web address field on your browser 

• Enter your email address and the password provided in your welcome email (8-16 characters, containing 3 out of 4 of the following: Lowercase characters, uppercase characters, digits (0-9), and one or more of the following symbols: @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / ` ~ " ( ) ; .)

• Enter a new password for your login then click Continue. Password must be 8-16 characters, containing 3 out of 4 of the following: Lowercase characters, uppercase characters, digits (0-9), and one or more of the following symbols: @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / ` ~ " ( ) ; . 

If your login has access to only one Organisation, you will be logged straight into that Organisation, otherwise, you will be greeted with a list of Organisations to choose from.

Existing Users

To sign in to KEYinfinity, go to your internet browser of choice and enter www.keyinfinity.co.uk or click on your shortcut (see above). On the login screen enter your login email address and password.
