Transaction Audit report

The Transaction Audit report provides a detailed record of additions and edits to the data.

To run the report from the main menu select Audit > Transaction Audit.



The data is displayed in transaction number order but this can be changed by clicking on any of the headers which have the double arrow icon.                                                                                


The report shows the header details of each transaction and includes the name of the person who entered it plus the name of the last person who edited it.


Live transactions are printed in black whereas Removed transactions are red.


To see the Details of a transaction click on the icon in the Action column:



The details screen shows the coding and VAT details. If a transaction has been edited the original will show in red and the updated information will show in black:



There is no audit for Bank Transfers, Sales Receipts or Purchase Payments.


The Search at the top of the screen will search on transaction number and reference. Use the Filter to select more specific data.
