Enterprise Transactions Report

To run the Enterprise Transactions report from the main menu select Ledgers > Enterprise. 

From the Reports button select Transactions.

Reports can be produced for selected Enterprises, or if none are selected the report will be for all Enterprises. The layout is similar to the Nominal Transactions report but the data is sorted by Enterprise first, then by nominal.

There are several options available in the report criteria section:

The default date range has the From date as the start date of the data and the To Date as today's date. These can be changed to any date range; refresh the report when the dates, or any of the other defaults, have been changed.

Show details

Show details will default to off. When it is off the report will display the header details of each transaction plus the Analysis code, Quantity, Net and Each. 

If Show details is on, the report will also display the VAT, VAT code and Gross.

Cash based

Cash based will default to off which means the report is based on the Invoice date of each transaction.

Include nominals with only opening balance

This will default to off so nominals which only have an opening balance, and no transactions in the date range of the report, will not appear in the report.

The Save menu drops down to show all the different options for saving:

The magnifying glass icon opens a search function which will highlight all instances of the value entered:

There is a drop down menu beside the Page display which allows you to select single page layout, continuous pages or multiple pages:

If you select the Multiple pages you can click on the expand icon, on the right hand side, to show them in full screen. Alternatively you can reduce the page size down from 100%.

Drilldown

You can drilldown on any of the transaction numbers to view the original entry screen for that transaction. The cursor will change to a small hand when you hover over the correct place:

If you edit and save the transaction you will need to refresh the screen to see the new values.
